Higher Education: Announcing state grants from the Russian government for the academic year 2023-2024

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the availability of a number of scholarships for master's and doctoral degrees, offered by the Federal Republic of Russia for the academic year 2023-2024.

On the other hand, the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector of the Ministry announced the availability of grants provided to the state by the Russian government for the academic year 2023-2024 in light of the provisions of the cultural and scientific cooperation agreement between the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the government of the Russian Federation, to obtain a degree (bachelor - bachelor - specialization).
