Today, Wednesday, March 22, the activities of the "Qualification for the IELTS Test" workshop ended, which was organized by the Delegate Welfare Office at Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the Postgraduate Studies Sector at the Faculty of Archeology and the British Council, under the supervision of Professor Hossam Tantawy, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology.
The workshop began with a speech delivered by Prof. Ahmed Al-Shawky, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Archeology for Graduate Studies and Research, on the importance of exam preparation as one of the important requirements for applying for scholarships and scholarships to study abroad. Also, Dr. Abdullah Sami discussed the different types of scholarships and grants offered by the state and the need to achieve the average test for each of them.
After that, the lecture of Mr. Samer Fadel - Director of Business Development at the British Council, began. During his lecture, he gave an explanation of the various sources and test services provided by the Cultural Council, the method and strategies for preparing for the test, the different centers that offer the test, the method of booking, the advisory services provided by the Cultural Council, the test methods, and the different steps of the test in its four parts.
The workshop comes within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to qualify the faculty members and their assistants at the university for international representation at all levels of education and scientific research and to enhance the role of the graduate studies and research sector at the Faculty of Archeology in developing the skills of students and researchers and improving language and research skills that allow graduates to represent the university in all countries the world.
Dr. Abdullah Sami, at the end of the workshop, indicated the monthly program for the workshop, including the next workshop on March 29 at the Faculty of Nursing, Ain Shams University.
