The Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies meets the delegation of Leipzig University in Germany to discuss different aspects of cooperation

Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research, received a delegation from the University of Leipzig in Germany, which is making a scientific visit to the Faculty of Al-Alsun within the framework of the joint translation master's degree between the two universities. The delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Oliver Cholo, Director of the Institute of Linguistic Studies and Translation, accompanied by the two lectures, Dr. Maryam Faradi and Dr. Anne Catherine Ende.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun and Prof. Ashraf Attia, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, and the master's team in the German Language Department, who are Prof. Nahla Nagy Tawfek, head of the department, Dr. Asim Ezz El-Din El-Amary, coordinator of the master's program and Dr. Abdel Hamid Marzouk, member of the working group.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to develop scientific relations and cultural cooperation with German supportive bodies such as the German Academic Exchange Service to support joint research projects and the exchange of students and professors.

The vice president of the university invited the guests to attend the university conference, which the guests accepted and expressed their thanks. They also praised the work done by the team at the German Language Department at the Faculty of Al-Alsun in preparing the visit program, and they praised the hospitality of the university administration, and from the faculty at the level of students and researchers in this ancient faculty.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of the University, gave the guests a memorial book in English about the Saffron Palace, and the Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun presented them with the shield of the faculty as an expression of cooperation bonds. For their part, the guests presented the faculty with a set of the latest scientific books in translation.
