(Shams) the first robotic nurse implemented by a research team at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences

The idea of the nurse robot “Shams” came as a result of the Corona pandemic, and what it imposed on the necessity to follow preventive measures, and from this point of view, the students of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences were keen to create a project that serves the patient and is in the interest of medical teams in the first place. Therefore, the project was implemented through communication between the students of the faculties of Computer and Information Sciences, Medicine and Nursing to be integrated; To encourage the research team, Ain Shams University adopted the students' project and harnessed all possibilities for them so that it would come out optimally and could be circulated on a large scale.
