Within the framework of the schedule for the work of the Office for Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes for this year 2023, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that the Coordination Office will start its work immediately after the end of the Egyptian general secondary exams, by organizing qualification tests for its students wishing to enroll in faculties for which admission is required to pass qualifying qualification tests. This is in accordance with the conditions and rules of admission issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.
In order to facilitate students, and within the framework of the e-government system, and the digital transformation we are witnessing in all fields and services provided by the state with all its agencies, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided students with the opportunity to register their desires to perform qualification tests electronically through the electronic coordination website on the international information network. Internet" from Saturday 7/15/2023 until Thursday 7/27/2023.
The following is a list of faculties for which admission is required to pass aptitude tests:
1- Faculties of Fine Arts (Arts - Architecture).
2- Faculties of Applied Arts in Universities (Helwan - Damietta - Banha - Beni Suef).
3- The Faculty of Music Education in Zamalek, at the Helwan University.
4- The Faculty of Art Education in Zamalek, at the Helwan University.
5- The Faculty of Art Education, at the Minia University.
6- Faculties of Physical Education
7- Faculties of Specific Education, Divisions (Art Education and Music Education), and the Educational Theater Division, at the Faculty of Specific Education, at the Mansoura University.
8- The two divisions of art education in my faculties (Education in Ismailia, Suez Canal University, and the Faculty of Education in Suez, Suez University)
9- The Faculty of Education in Ismailia (Division of Musical Education), at the Suez Canal University.
Therefore, appointments will be recorded, faculties selected, and places to perform the qualifying capabilities tests, through the electronic coordination service on the Internet at the following website: https://tansik.digital.gov.eg
Steps to register for aptitude tests through the coordination website on the Internet:
- The student logs on to the electronic coordination website described above, then enters the aptitude test registration page on this site.
- The student starts the registration process to perform the aptitude tests, using the national number and the student's sitting number.
The student's personal data, which includes (seat number - student's name - national number - governorate - educational administration to which the student belongs - school - division that the student studied "scientific - engineering - literary"), and the student must ensure the validity of the data recorded on the coordination website of the student.
A list of the types of abilities tests available to the student, faculties, and places designated for performing these tests, as well as the student's scheduled dates, will be shown to the student.
- The student chooses the type of abilities and dates, and the date that he will go to the faculty will be determined.
- After the student completes the registration process, the student prints a receipt, which includes the types of capabilities that he expressed the desire to perform, the dates, and the places to perform these tests in the faculties that the student registered on the electronic coordination website.
The concerned faculties are committed to holding qualification exams on the specified dates.
The faculties are also obligated to send and enter the exam results directly through the page designated for the faculty on the coordination website, for all suitable students who apply for these exams, after confirming the validity of the seat number and the student’s name; So that there are no errors in the results.
The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and data of the students who passed these tests. The nomination takes place based on it, and the faculties are fully responsible for these results within the time period allotted for that, as no other results will be considered after the closure of the electronic coordination website for the registration of suitable students in these exams.
- Examinations are held on the scheduled dates once for each of these types of abilities, and a student who fails them is not allowed to take aptitude tests again, whether in the same faculty or another faculty, and any paper statement granted by the faculties as a result of the aptitude exams will not be considered; In the interest of transparency with our students.
Documents required when taking exams in the faculty:
1) - The student's seat number in high school, and a copy of it for each of the abilities tests that he wishes to perform.
2- One (1) personal photo for each of the tests, except for the physical education abilities tests, which require (2) personal photos for those wishing to perform these tests.
Important note:
This stage is limited to Egyptian high school students only, and the dates for conducting qualification tests will be announced later for students who have equivalent (Arab-foreign) certificates, diplomas of industrial technical institutes, and industrial technical schools (3, 5) years in light of admission conditions and rules, after the results of these students appeared.
