The conclusion of the training forum for preparing student cadres 2023 at Ain Shams University

The Students for Egypt family, in cooperation with the Ain Shams University Student Union, concluded the training forum to prepare the university's student cadres, which lasted for three days, from 8 to 10 July, in the Conference Hall of the Republic Building in the dormitory city- students, which recently had many important events.

And that is under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and in the presence of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Director General of the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the General Supervisor of University Dormitories, who received thanks from Prof. Hatem Rabih for his effort, which was reflected in the exit of the forum in such an honorable manner.

         
   
         

And under the supervision of Prof. Hatem Rabie, the leader of the Students for Egypt family at Ain Shams University, and Prof. Sameh Awad Allah, Professor in the Department of Information at the Faculty of Childhood, Mr. Tariq Ahmed, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mrs. Mahitab Magdy, Director of the Department of Families and Student Unions, with the participation of 100 students from various faculties of the university who were trained in leadership skills, teamwork, strategic planning, creativity, How to deal with different personality types, effective communication skills, presentation, and design intelligence.

Prof. Hatem Rabie, the leader of the Students for Egypt family, emphasized that the family carried out many effective activities at the faculty and university levels. He also emphasized the family’s continuity in building and preparing student cadres in line with the vision of Ain Shams University stemming from Egypt’s Vision 2030.

         
   
         

Prof. Sameh Awad Allah, a professor in the Department of Media at the Faculty of Childhood, expressed his happiness with the success of this forum, which achieved its goal of developing personal skills among students, including leadership skills, teamwork, communication, presentation, presentation and planning, in addition to problem-solving and decision-making, which is what achieves Ain Shams University always leadership in the field of student activities.

This was shown by Mr. Tariq Ahmed, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, who expressed his pride in what he touched during the forum of the awareness and culture of the students participating in the forum, as they are able to see the positives and talents of individuals and his happiness with the ideas presented by the lecturers included in the lectures and workshops with the aim of prompting the students to enhance their ambition and present their best.

40 trainees were selected from the forum to play the role of student’s arms in the student leadership preparation programs for Ain Shams University, which will be held in the youth city of Abu Qir. It aims to prepare 450 student cadres from various faculties of the university and train them on various life skills and the importance of student activities.
