The Center for Networks and Information Technology launches a service for receiving scientific theses in the Department of Electronic Documentation for postgraduate students

Under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of the Networks and Information Technology Center, announced the launch of the service of receiving scientific theses in the Department of Electronic Documentation for postgraduate students (Masters - Ph.D.)

Dr. Islam Hegazy explained that this service saves the student from coming to the center himself to submit an electronic copy of his thesis that was discussed in order to obtain a statement of delivery of the thesis, as this service enables the student to download the thesis through the website of the Networking and Information Technology Center, then it is reviewed by the specialists, and a delivery acknowledgment is sent to the student via his e-mail within only two days of downloading the letter.

He added that this service is not limited to postgraduate students at Ain Shams University, as the department receives theses for master's and doctoral students from all Egyptian universities, indicating that this contributes to increasing the proceeds of electronic theses at Ain Shams University, which are made available to students via Shams System for Scientific Theses, which is an important reference for students and researchers in all fields to access the messages they need.

He stressed that the launch of this service comes within the framework of work to save time, effort and costs for students on the one hand, and work to implement the center's strategic plan towards the complete transformation of digitization.
