The Education and Student Affairs Sector, under the auspices of Prof. Abd El-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, announces the opening of transfers for students wishing to transfer to the Faculties of Ain Shams University for the new academic year 2023/2024, starting from August 6 until September 21, 2024, through the platform Electronic transfers, Ain Shams University, on the QR shown below in the pictures attached to the statement, which is the university's electronic portal for the transfer service, which was launched in conjunction with the digital transformation in educational services, which provides administrative and educational services for all students in the academic stages and allows communication between the educational and administrative bodies of the university and students.
Through this service, undergraduate and graduate students can easily transfer from another university to Ain Shams University electronically, through the steps of student registration in the central transfer service, which includes entering the student on the electronic platform and registering using the national number and his personal data, choosing his transfer type, and then filling out Application form for the service and uploading the required documents, and students can follow through the page continuously.
Students wishing to transfer must obtain a study case statement from the Faculties from which they are transferred, provided that the transfer conditions are met in accordance with the approved conditions announced on the portal, and for new students who obtain a high school diploma or its equivalent, their transfer to credit hour programs in the various Faculties of the university is done through the electronic transfer platform.
Transfers are made within the framework of the percentage determined by the Faculty councils and in light of their capabilities in relation to the numbers of students transferred to them and the internal conditions of the Faculties accredited by the University Council. The student is required to study subjects that he has not previously studied at Ain Shams University in accordance with the Faculty regulations, and priority in transferring is for students with the highest grades. And those whose place of residence is within the geographical scope of Ain Shams University, who have passed the duration of their card at least six months.
There is also a commitment to implement the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities regarding mechanisms for accepting blind students, people with special abilities, and expelled students.
