Ain Shams University is preparing to launch special Ramadan nights entitled "Khan Al-Zafaran" in the main campus of the university, starting from the 6th of April, corresponding to Ramadan 15, 1444.
Ramadan nights are held under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, organized and supervised by Prof. Reem Al-Kabariti, Director of the University's Alumni Associations Department.
Ramadan nights are organized in a historical and oriental atmosphere inspired by the atmosphere of Al-Moez Street. Ramadan nights include a variety of activities and nights from eight in the evening until twelve midnights.
The visitors of Khan Al-Zafaran can enjoy a Ramadan Suhoor of the most delicious oriental dishes and the tunes of the oriental Takht of the Faculty of Specific Education Band and "O'n" Choir led by Maestro Mahmoud Saber, in addition to enjoying the Tanoura and folklore performances from the creations of the university’s folklore team, as well as the opportunity to enjoy photo sessions with Ramadan Famous characters in the distinctive main campus and next to the Zafaran Palace.
It is worth noting that Khan Al-Zafaran opens its doors to receive the public, in addition to the university's employees, including students, faculty staff, teaching assistants, graduates, and administrators.
