The start of the summer school at the Faculty of Girls with more than 25 workshops

On Sunday, September 17, the summer school began at the Faculty of Girls of Arts, Sciences, and Education at Ain Shams University, which continues until Tuesday, September 26, and includes more than 25 workshops in various specializations in the faculty with the participation of more than 10 departments in the faculty in order to work on developing the skills of students and researchers, under the patronage of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University.

Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, explained that the workshops include several topics, including planning meals for the elderly, malnutrition diseases in children, advanced therapeutic nutrition, a novice researcher’s guide, analysis, definition, technology, various applications and uses of the Google Earth Engine platform and its uses in geographic research, methodological errors in research, and self-motivation to complete distinguished research, and nutritional survey.

The Dean of the Faculty added that the Faculty grants attending students an accredited certificate, and many professors and faculty staff will lecture on the topics of these workshops.

Prof. Hanan Al-Shaer, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research added that the workshops also include several topics, including scientific research skills and how to develop them, nutritional status, how to prepare and build research tools in the field of early childhood, and environmental analysis and its concept.
