A symposium to introduce the 2023 Ain Shams University Employment Week Forum at the Faculty of Arts

The Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University hosted the introductory symposium at the Employment Week Forum, under the patronage of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty, under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Reem Al-Kabariti, Executive Director of the University Alumni Association, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of the ASU Career Center, Dr. Khaled Salem Al-Suwerki, representative of the Faculty of Arts, in coordination with the ASU Career Center to prepare the forum.

         
   
         

The introductory symposium hosted Mrs. Doaa Imam, Director of the University’s ASU Career Center, Mrs. Nourhan Abdel Aziz, where Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, welcomed responsibles for the University’s and ASU Career and Entrepreneurship Center.

He praised the intensive efforts in an attempt to prepare male and female graduates of the university’s departments and faculties in a way that qualifies them to obtain distinguished opportunities in the labor market, and to arm themselves with the knowledge, skills and values that future jobs need in a way that brings benefit and benefit to the student as individuals, to our society and to our dear country, and he urged students to take advantage of the support that is provided, and register in the current ASU Career Center initiative.

     
 
     

The introductory symposium included a number of topics, including: how to prepare to attend the forum, how to develop personal skills, write a CV, and job interview skills. And the profile on LinkedIn, as well as the emphasis on dedicating November 6 to students and graduates of theoretical faculties.

A large number of leading companies in various fields are scheduled to participate in the forum, to provide various training and employment opportunities for third and fourth year students and faculty graduates.

The forum is an important event in providing job opportunities and developing youth skills. It contributes to building and strengthening ties between companies, students and graduates, and improving their career paths.
