The President of the University receives Advisor Hafez Abbas, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority

Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, received His Excellency Advisor Hafez Abbas, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, in the presence of Prof. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law.

The professor, the president of the university, welcomed the head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority and the delegation accompanying him, and the head of the authority congratulated his sovereignty on the issuance of the presidential decree appointing him as president of Ain Shams University, wishing him success. Then the two parties discussed aspects of joint cooperation between them, and it was agreed to extend the cooperation protocol concluded between the faculty and the authority to various faculties of the university.

Prof. Mohamed Diaa presented the university’s shield to His Excellency Advisor Hafez Abbas in appreciation of his role in advancing the Authority and its pivotal role in combating corruption. His Excellency Advisor presented the Commission’s shield to His Excellency as an expression of the university’s pioneering role in providing distinguished education and scientific research that contributes to solving societal issues. Then His Excellency Advisor and his accompanying delegation moved to the Faculty of Law, where His Excellency met with a large group of faculty staff, led by former deans of the faculty, heads of departments and divisions, and professors from His Excellency’s batch.

Advisor Hafez Abbas also expressed the authority’s readiness for further cooperation with the faculty and to move forward with the implementation of the protocol concluded between the two sides.

The Dean of the Faculty presented the Faculty Shield to His Excellency the President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority as an expression of the Faculty’s pride in His Excellency as one of its prominent graduates, and His Excellency presented the Authority’s Shield to the Dean of the Faculty.
