Within the framework of the protocol signed between Ain Shams University and the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the university’s Solidarity Unit organized a workshop in the field of marketing at the Faculty of Al-Alsun on Wednesday, November 29.
The workshop came within many training programs being implemented for university students within the framework of the Productive Student Initiative, sponsored by Dr. Nevin Al-Qabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Salah Hashem, Advisor to the Ministry of Social Solidarity for Social Policies, It was implemented at the Faculty of Al-Alsun under the chairmanship of Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and coordinated by Prof. Jihan Rajab, Advisor to the Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, in the presence of Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and administrative supervision by Mr. Major General Hossam El-Sherbiny.
Dr. Nevin Al-Essawi lectured at the workshop and discussed the various concepts of marketing, dividing markets, targeting segments, stages, and steps of marketing, the advanced marketing mix, creating competitive advantages, advertising campaigns, and preparing a successful marketing plan for small projects.
The workshop witnessed the presence of students from the Faculties of Law, Girls, and Al-Alsun.
