The Fifth International Conference for the Graduate Studies and Research Sector at the Faculty of Girls, at Ain Shams University

The activities of the Fifth International Conference for the Graduate Studies and Research Sector at the Faculty of Girls, at Ain Shams University, which continued over the course of two days from 18 to 19 November 2023, were concluded.

The first day’s sessions included a discussion of several topics in five sessions: digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the social and human sciences, humanities and social sciences research, literary and linguistic studies research (Arabic language), research in the educational field, in addition to research in the educational field.

The first day’s sessions also included three workshops entitled: Modern Technology and Its Positive and Negative Effects on Cognitive, behavioral, and Emotional Development, Digital Technology as an Entry Point for Developing Environmental Awareness within the School, and Preventive Measures for Electronic Abuse in light of psychopathic theories.

On the second day, eight sessions were held that discussed: artificial intelligence as a qualitative shift in science and technology, the use of geomatics techniques in preparing geographical research and studies, education and community culture in the digital age, educational research (educational technology), applications of artificial intelligence and their impact on research and development in educational technology, artificial intelligence in linguistics and literature: a future vision in the humanities and social sciences, literary and linguistic studies research (English language), in addition to literary and linguistic studies research (French language).

The three workshops that included the sessions were entitled: spatial modeling and its Scientific Applications in Geographical Research, Merciless Communication in light of Modern Technology, and Egypt of the Future...the project of the first Egyptian city using the Metaverse as a model.

On the sidelines of the conference, three workshops were held on November 22 that discussed: how artificial intelligence contributes to writing a scientific research paper, software for using artificial intelligence applications in scientific research and the challenges it faces, artificial intelligence and the metaverse in the media: challenges and opportunities.
