ASU Career Center at Ain Shams University organized a simulation with MindShift on Monday, December 18, 2023, within the framework of developing students’ skills and preparing them for the labor market, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service Affairs. And environmental development, and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of the Employment Center, the event targeted students of the Faculty of Business.

This simulation aims to develop students’ skills and work on their readiness for the labor market by guiding them and giving them professional guidance that will help them improve future job performance and make sound practical decisions by placing them in practical situations that simulate the work environment.

Through the aspect of learning through experience, the center works to develop the capabilities and skills of our university students in a practical way that enables them to recognize the requirements of the labor market and keep up with them through various activities, most notably simulations represented by cadres in the industry, which enable them to gain insights into various fields of work and jobs.
