The faculties of Ain Shams University launched the innovation competitions for the academic year 2023/2024 as a qualifying step for the largest event of the university’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (ASU-iHub), the Ain Shams Innovates Competition, which will be on the sidelines of the Ain Shams Innovates 2024 Forum in its fifth round, under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain Al-Abedeen and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of Prof. Adel Al-Sabbagh, General Director of the Innovation Center, Dr. Weam Mahmoud, Executive Director of the University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Islam Adly, Director of Student Activities at the University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, and the Deans of faculties and Faculty Staff, supervisors of Innovation Units and Clubs at the Faculties of Ain Shams University.

At the beginning of the new year 2024, most of the faculties of Ain Shams University launched the innovation competitions, which are considered a qualifying step for the largest competition, ASU Innovates, which is held on the sidelines of the activities of the Ain Shams Innovates Forum in its fifth edition. Applications for the competitions in the various faculties will continue until the end of January, after which all applicants from Saudi Arabia will participate. Ain Shams University has a unique experience in the qualifying camp, whose activities will be held during the mid-year vacation at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center so that the university’s innovators and entrepreneurs can come up with an almost final version of their submitted ideas and projects so that they become applicable and competitive.
