The Supreme Committee for Endowment of the Award of Advisor Dr. Muhammad Shawqi Al-Fangari, head of the State Litigation Authority, announced the opening of applying for the award in any of the following two topics, and the award is open to all citizens and members of the Islamic nation.
1- The responsibility of businessmen in advancing societies.
2- Efforts of people with disabilities to enrich Islamic jurisprudence
The research submitted for the competition requires the following:
- It must be prepared for the competition and not previously published or submitted to any other party.
- It should include new additions and interpretations that benefit Islam, Muslims, and the world in general.
- The applicant must not have previously won an original prize in the competition within the previous 3 years to provide the opportunity for others.
- The Endowment Affairs Committee may print or publish any winning research whenever it deems it appropriate, without recourse to the Committee or the Endowment for any right before it.
- Owners of non-winning papers must retrieve them within 3 months from the date of announcing the competition result. If they are not retrieved during this period, the award administration has the right to redeem them.
Knowing that the award is open to all citizens and members of the Islamic nation.
- The research shall be submitted according to a receipt at the office of the Chairman of the State Litigation Authority - 42 Arab League Street
This consists of 3 copies of no less than 70 pages and no more than 150 pages, and 3 summaries of the research of no less than 10 pages and no more than 20 pages.
It includes a summary of the research with all its elements because it is initially subject to examination to be an indicator of whether or not the research is referred to arbitration, in addition to a CD that includes a copy of the research in PDF and WORD. The research is excluded from the competition in the event of non-compliance with the conditions.
