The Adult Education Center at Ain Shams University organizes a course on “Distinguished Leadership Traits” for principals of Nile Synod Evangelical Schools

In an effort to enhance and develop effective leadership skills in the educational environment, the Adult Education Center at Ain Shams University organized a specialized training course entitled “Distinguished Leadership Traits” for principals of the Evangelical Nile Synod Schools, in Beit Agabieh in Wadi El Natroun.

         
   
         

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Under the supervision and presidency of Dr. Islam Al-Saeed, director of the center.

An elite group of trainers and faculty staff at Ain Shams University participated in the training: Dr. Islam Al-Saeed, Director of the Adult Education Center, and Dr. Saber Farouk, mental health teacher at Ain Shams University, and Dr. Nahla Gamal, Secretary of the Adult Education Center, in the presence of Mr. Khaled Ahmed, the center’s accountant, is the administrative supervisor of the course.

The training course was attended by Representative Dr. Fredi Al-Bayadhi, Member of the House of Representatives, Vice President of the Council of Educational Institutions, Reverend Akram Naji, Member of the Council of Educational Institutions, Reverend Daoud Ibrahim, Secretary of the Upper Egypt Region, Reverend Michael Refaat, Secretary of the Upper Egypt Region, and Mr. Marian Kamal.

         
   
         

This course comes as confirmation of the leading role of the Adult Education Center in training and rehabilitation that is in line with all developments. This training is also part of the training plan of the Council of Educational Institutions to enhance the quality of education, develop the performance of educational leaders, and build and develop effective leadership skills, starting with the human and professional communication skills that are considered essential. In building strong relationships within the educational environment, reaching the foundations of management and leadership principles that give participants the necessary foundations to achieve success in their leadership journey.

The training course covered important topics such as: Strategic decision-making processes and enhancing effective communication, in addition to training participants on how to deal with challenges and manage crises with skill and confidence, as well as the skill of decision-making, dealing with personality types, and the art of negotiation, as the course was not just an opportunity to gain knowledge, Rather, it was an inspiring and motivating experience for educational directors to achieve their fullest potential and transform their vision for a better and brighter educational future for all.
