Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, approved the result of the tenth announcement of Egypt Japan Education Partnership (EJEP), where 4 members from Ain Shams University were nominated in this announcement.
The Scholarships Welfare Office at Ain Shams University announced that the list of candidates included the Faculty of Medicine (member to conduct post-doctoral research), the Faculty of Agriculture (member to conduct post-doctoral research), and the Faculty of Al-Alsun (members to study master’s).
As indicated by the list of candidates, the Japanese universities and institutes nominated for faculty members from Ain Shams University are as follows: Kyushu Institute of Technology, Hokkaido University, Hiroshima University, and the National Center for Child Health in Tokyo.
The names of the candidates included:
- Dr. Khaled Abdel Fattah Hamed Ahmed – the Faculty of Agriculture
- Dr. Muhammad Ali Abdel Hamid Abdel Baqi - the Faculty of Medicine
- Amira Mortada Mahmoud Habib - the Faculty of Al-Alsun
- Raafat Jaber Abdel Sabour Ali - the Faculty of Al-Alsun
