The activities of the exploration tour of wheat and orange farms at the Faculty of Agriculture at Imam Malik Farm in Wadi Natroun

In light of the state’s tendency to pay attention to strategic crops, the Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, was keen to be in the first ranks concerned with issues of Egyptian national food security. The Faculty planted wheat in its desert farms at the Imam Malik Farm - Al-Bustan - in the Wadi El-Natroun Center with the finest types and highest productivity, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain Al-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Thanaa Al-Noubi Ahmed Salim, who is acting as Dean of the Faculty.

 
     

Prof. Thanaa Al-Noubi, Dean of the Faculty, conducted an exploration tour of the Imam Malik Farm - Al-Bustan - in the Wadi Al-Natroun Center to follow up on the wheat crop and orange farms, in the presence of both Dr. Amr Massad, Director of the Center for Agricultural Studies and Consultations, Dr. Naglaa Obaid, Director of New Programs at the Faculty, and Dr. Nema Kotb, General Coordinator of the University UMS at the Faculty, Engineer Awad Desouki Al-Banna, General Director of the Faculty, and Engineer Ahmed Nour El-Din in the desert farms of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University.
