Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zein El Abedeen said that all logistical arrangements regarding organizing the end of the second semester exams have been completed, starting with reviewing and preparing the exam halls and controls and setting exam schedules, directing the need to adhere to the exam paper specifications in order to ensure the highest degree of objectivity in evaluating students and measuring their ability to understand. And academic achievement.

Also, The President of the University assigned Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, to manage the needs of the College of Information for observers for examination work due to the newness of the College and the lack of a sufficient number to carry out the examination work. They were provided from the university cities sector to fill the deficit during the examination period.

The Education and Student Affairs Sector has taken a package of measures in preparation for the start of the second semester exams, including emphasizing the instructions for precautionary measures and necessary measures to preserve the health of all parties to the educational system, emphasizing that students will not enter examination committees with mobile phones, while announcing the penalty for their use clearly in all places.

This is in addition to the completion of the necessary maintenance work for the examination building and the tent to receive 3,500 students, and the need for the university colleges to prepare a daily report during the examination period, which includes numbers of student attendance, absences, cases of cheating, and cases of illness.

The medical centers in faculties and university cities have been directed to work with full force during the entire period scheduled for the examinations to ensure that the examinations proceed safely, and to provide additional emergency medical teams to be present throughout the examination period for any emergency reason in colleges with a student population, and to provide members of the medical teams to begin work in the new colleges.
