Student Abdel Rahman Mohamed Ibrahim at the Faculty of Agriculture, at Ain Shams University, won second place for his “Qatfa” project in the (entrepreneur society) competition, which was held at the American University, with the participation of many different universities and specializations.
The participation of the Faculty of Agriculture, at Ain Shams University, came under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Acting Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Thanaa Al-Noubi, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture.
The competition activities continued from April 4 to May 20, 2024, with the aim of creating an opportunity for development and innovation through lectures and discussions. The Faculty of Agriculture at Ain Shams University has distinguished itself in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship through the training and courses it provided to its students through the “ASU-iHub Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center”, the ASU-iClub Entrepreneurship Club, and the ASU Innovates Competition, which helped in obtaining many Awards include first place in Ain Shams Innovates, and second place in the American University competition, under the supervision of Prof. Ashraf Bakri, Prof. Lamia Mustafa Radwan, Dr. Muhammad Youssef, Dr. Ahmed Mostafa .
