Prof. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, participated in the panel discussion devoted to the topic of exchanging health services between countries, which was organized within the activities of the Health in Africa Exhibition and Conference, and in which experts from the World Health Organization participated.
The Dean of the Faculty focused on the international legal framework regulating the provision of health services between countries, which is currently represented by the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), which is one of the World Trade Organization agreements that entered into force on January 1, 1995, and was approved by (164). A country including the Arab Republic of Egypt.
