Two teams of students from the Faculty of Medicine, at Ain Shams University participated in the “Poster Presentation Competition” for the best scientific poster within the framework of the activities of the 17th annual conference of the Scientific Society for the Study and Treatment of Obesity (MASMO).
The students’ participation came under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ali Al-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ain Shams University Hospitals, Prof. Rania Salah, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Ahmed Samir Bakr, Director of the E-Learning Center and Coordinator of Student Activities.
The first team was able to win second place among medical Faculty students in Egypt, and their participation was titled:

The team consisted of a distinguished group of students: from the second year, Salma Al-Sayed, Sama Sameh Saad, Doaa Ashraf Abdullah, and from the third year, Omar Ahmed Sabry and Ahmed Essam Al-Abbasi.
The second team won fifth place and their participation was titled:
