On Sunday, July 14, 2024, the UpSkill initiative will be launched in the innovation and training sector at Ain Shams University, through the Employment Center, the Training and Development Center, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Service Affairs. Society and environment, under the supervision of Prof. Neven Assem, CEO of the Innovation and Training Sector.
The program aims to qualify 1,400 students and graduates of Ain Shams University and 100 teaching assistants (teacher and assistant teacher) to become effective cadres in the labor market and provide them with career guidance to determine their sound career path in the labor market. The program also aims to qualify a number of students with design thinking techniques and entrepreneurship skills, develop the skills of members of the university’s teaching assistants, and qualify them to participate in providing support and guidance to university students in all activities of the innovation and training sector.
