Launching a hotline to receive complaints from the disabled students at Ain Shams University

Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, decided to launch a hotline to receive complaints from students with disabilities at the university level, within the framework of His Excellency’s keenness to provide the utmost means of comfort, overcome obstacles, and confront any negative phenomena, after His Excellency inspected the students yesterday morning while performing the examination. The medical examination was given to them by the Armed Forces Recruitment and Mobilization Committee in "Gomohoria Building" in the university dorms, in order to determine the conscription position of students with special needs, and in a humane parental dialogue to hear the complaints of some male and female students.

After that, he decided to establish a hotline, with complaints to be received through the Office of the Assistant Secretary for the Education and Student Affairs Sector, and to be dealt with directly on the same day through an organized work team to examine any problems or obstacles faced by our students with disabilities.

- The hotline working hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm.

The WhatsApp service will also be activated later to receive any written complaints from students of determination and their families.
