The Faculty of Law participates in the Francophone University Agency competition for legal clinics in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Within the framework of Ain Shams University’s keenness to provide its students with the best scientific and practical excellence, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, the Faculty participated in the Francophone University Agency project to enhance the role of legal clinics.

The team of the Faculty of Law participated in the activities of the final phase of the project, and the participation came through selecting students to represent the Faculty in a mock trial competition between the faculties of law in a number of Arab countries, in addition to participating in the final conference of the project, held in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The students were selected based on several stages, during which their skills were measured, and resulted in the selection of four students as a final team: Abdul Rahman Wissam, Zainab Ahmed, Cinderella Montaser, and Hajar Ali, under the supervision and training of Dr. Basma Adel Alsun, lecturer of public international law at the Faculty.

The team won the preliminary matches with full points and qualified for the semi-finals.
