It was decided to open the electronic tertiary website to register the desires for the first stage for successful high school students starting from today, Monday, 8/12/2024, until Friday, 8/16/2024, according to the following minimum:

☆ Scientific section: 371 degrees or more, i.e. 90.48% or more

• Number of students: 23850

☆ Engineering section: 357 degrees or more, i.e. 87.07% or more.

• Number of students: 15355

☆ Literary section: 280 degrees or more, i.e. 68.29% or more.

• Number of students: 73995

☆ Total number of students: 113200

The political leadership is interested in developing the higher education system, and the higher education sector receives direct support and follow-up from it to be able to fulfill its role and perform its academic and societal mission in the most complete manner. This was evident in the launch of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims to raise the quality of education, scientific research and its applications, and prepare graduates for the labor market, innovation and entrepreneurship, so that a successful educational and practical future can be achieved and students’ desires and legitimate and noble ambitions can be fulfilled in an appropriate place in higher education institutions.

☆ Important instructions regarding the electronic tertiary system:

• Admission to universities and institutes through the electronic coordination website on the Internet, which is a free service available through the following website: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg

• The service is operated in computer labs at Egyptian public universities during the specified period for each coordination stage.

• Students will submit their desires for a period of five days.

These laboratories are open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily during the days of the stage.

• The student can also apply via the personal computer and the site will be available 24 hours throughout the days of the stage.

☆ Note:

Entering or modifying desires ends at 7:00 pm on the last day of the stage.

☆ Important instructions for our students:

- A list of faculties and institutes that accept different departments will be available to you, and you must choose your desires from among them.

- The site also displays the minimum acceptance for faculties in previous years so that you can build an idea about the faculties that are suitable for your score.

- Discuss with your family the order of your choices carefully, so that the choices you will make are fully representative of your desires, abilities, and the set of qualified subjects in which you have succeeded.

- If the student chooses a faculty outside the geographical area specified for him, the computer program will immediately notify him that the desire conflicts with the geographical distribution, and he must modify the desire and choose the correct desire using the arrows, and the system will not accept the student's desires until all desires are fulfilled (75 desires).

☆ Steps that the student must follow to register through the electronic tertiary website:

• Log in to the electronic coordination website www.tansik.digital.gov.eg.

• Enter your seat number and password.

• Enter your wishes in the order you see, taking into account the rules of geographical distribution.

☆ Rules and method of arranging student choices:

- The student determines the method of selection either by the specialization sectors allowed for his department or by universities.

- The student chooses the faculty or institute he wishes to join through the lists of gradual geographical distribution.

The student chooses the specialization sector he wants to join in one of its colleges, and a list of the faculties he is allowed to join appears, arranged in groups.

- The student can move between one specialization and another, provided that the conditions explained above are met.

- After you finish entering your desires, you can print the desires you entered, and the program gives you a receipt with a specific number, dated with the date and time of your submission.

- If you modify your desires several times (and this is available to you), know that the computer will save only the last modification and coordination will be done according to the last modification you made.

- You can also save a copy of your desires (Save As) on your personal computer so that you can refer to them when needed.

☆ Ways to know the nomination result:

- The results will be available on the same site on which the student submitted his wishes.

- The final nomination card will be printed after announcing the results of the alienation reduction stage, which begins after the completion of the second stage and the announcement of the acceptance results.
