Cases of exhaustion
About (5154) male and female students from the scientific and literary departments have exhausted their desires due to their inclusion of desires for faculties that do not match their total grades, and they will be given the opportunity to express new desires.

The office adhered to the students' wishes registered on the website when nominating students according to the last registration made by the students and within the limits of the rules and conditions.
By announcing the results of this phase, the Electronic Coordination Office has completed the distribution of (453311) students in the first and second phases within only two weeks of starting work.
The student can print the nomination card from the website after announcing the results of the alienation reduction phase for students in the first and second phases.

The stage of reducing alienation (transfers):
First: Transfer between university faculties
To facilitate our students, the stage of reducing alienation (transfers) will be opened through the electronic coordination website: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg for students nominated in the first and second stages to make transfers to reduce similar and non-similar alienation and within the limits of the specified percentage (10%) during the period from Thursday 8/29/2024 until Tuesday 9/3/2024 through the electronic coordination website on the Internet and in accordance with the terms and regulations issued by the Supreme Council of Universities in this regard, which include the following:
The similar transfer is within the limits of the minimum for the sector.
The non-similar transfer is by meeting the minimum for the college to which the transfer is requested.
Adherence to the rules of geographical distribution.
The transfer is through the electronic coordination website only.
There are no paper transfers.
The transfer is for one time only.
Completing the additional conditions for the faculty to which the transfer is requested (such as passing the aptitude test that was conducted before the announcement of the secondary school results).
The comparison between students is based on the student's total score in the General Secondary Certificate.
Second: Transfers between private and intermediate higher institutes.
A student who has been nominated in the coordination process to one of the private or intermediate higher institutes is allowed to apply for transfer to another institute in the same specialization or another non-similar specialization, provided that the student meets the minimum announced for the institute to which he wants to transfer, in light of the established percentage and capacity, and with priority of the total.
