The Higher Education announces the qualifying aptitude tests for admission to some faculties that require passing these tests for students with technical certificates

In continuation of the timetable for the phases of the work of the University Admissions Coordination Office for this year 2024, and in light of the admission rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities that require passing aptitude tests as a condition for admission to some faculties, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce to our students of technical certificates that aptitude tests are being organized for students wishing to join faculties that require passing the qualifying aptitude tests for admission. These faculties are: -

- The Faculties of Fine Arts "Architecture - Arts" at the universities of (Helwan - Alexandria - Minya - South Valley in Luxor {Arts} only).

- The Faculties of Applied Arts at the universities of (Helwan - Benha - Beni Suef - Damietta - Tanta).

To facilitate our sons, students of technical certificates who are applying to take the aptitude tests this year 2024, it has been decided to open the electronic coordination website for them to register their desires to take the aptitude tests qualifying for these faculties starting from Monday 9/2/2024 until Sunday 9/8/2024, with the tests to be held in the relevant faculties in the period from Saturday 9/7/2024 until Monday 9/9/2024.

☆ Steps for registering a student to book an appointment for the aptitude tests through the electronic coordination website:

The student enters the coordination website: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg then to the registration page and book the aptitude tests using the following:

* The seat number and password for students of technical industrial schools.

* The coordination code and password for students of technical institutes diploma (industrial).

* The student's data will appear, which includes (seat number - student's name), and the student must verify the accuracy of the data recorded on the student's electronic coordination website.

* A list of the types of available aptitude tests, faculties, places to perform these tests, and specific dates will appear for the student.

* The student chooses the type of aptitude tests he wishes to perform.

* The test fee is paid through electronic payment channels only, whether using prepaid cards / credit cards or electronic payment company collection outlets.

* No other means of payment are accepted and the exam date will not be obtained from the website until the payment process is completed by the means specified on the aptitude tests page on the electronic coordination website.

* The student prints a receipt that includes the types of aptitudes that he expressed a desire to perform and the dates and places of performing these tests in the faculties that the student registered on the electronic coordination website.

* After the student completes the registration process, the student prints a receipt that includes the types of aptitudes, dates and places of performing the tests in the faculties that the student registered on the electronic coordination website.

* Students are obligated to perform the tests in the faculty that falls within their geographical distribution (A) and are not allowed to perform any tests outside this range.

* The faculties concerned are committed to holding the aptitude tests, and entering the exam results directly for all eligible students who applied for these tests after verifying the correctness of the seat number and the student's name for graduates of industrial technical schools, as well as the coordination code and the student's name for graduates of industrial technical institutes so that there are no errors in the results.

* The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and data of the students who passed these tests in order to be nominated based on them, and the faculties are fully responsible for these results during the time period allocated for that, as no other results will be recognized after the electronic coordination website is closed to register eligible students in these tests.

* The exams are held on the scheduled dates once for each type of these abilities, and the student who fails them is not allowed to take aptitude tests again, whether in the same faculty or another faculty, and any paper statement granted by the faculties regarding the result of the aptitude tests will not be recognized, in order to ensure transparency with our students.

☆ The Applied Arts Faculties Tests:

The student's passing of these tests does not constitute final acceptance into the faculty, but the nomination is made according to the priority of the total and the numbers determined by the Supreme Council of Universities.

☆ Conditions for applying for the tests:

* All students of advanced technical schools and technical (industrial) institutes are allowed to apply to take the qualifying tests for admission to these faculties according to the specializations required for each type of aptitude test and provided that the student obtains 75% of the total score.

* These faculties will be nominated from among the students who are eligible for these tests and with priority of the total score and according to the numbers determined by the Supreme Council of Universities and the rest of the admission conditions and rules.

* The student must be of Egyptian nationality and have obtained the qualification in 2024 (recent qualification).
