Ain Shams University is holding a grand celebration and educational lectures to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the glorious October victories in cooperation with the Popular Defense Forces and the military in Egyptian universities with the aim of instilling a spirit of loyalty and belonging and spreading awareness among university students about the heroism and sacrifices of the men of the armed forces in the October War.

This is under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, and Major General Staff Officer Osama Abdel Hamid Daoud, Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, and organized by the Education and Students Sector at the University, on Wednesday, October 16th, in the Grand Conference Hall at Ain Shams University Guest House.

The celebration includes an artistic show entitled "Spirit of October", a show by the Ain Shams University Choir, and a number of educational lectures.

It is worth noting that Ain Shams University was decorated with Egyptian flags at the beginning of October, and organized several events to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the October victories, as part of the university’s keenness to educate its students about the value of this great victory that shattered the myth of the invincible occupation army, and proved to the whole world that Egypt’s soldiers are truly the best soldiers on earth.
