Al Hassan Foundation is the guest of the third day of the comprehensive campaign to raise awareness of the rights of persons with disabilities at Ain Shams University

Continuing the activities of the Week of Determination at Ain Shams University and as part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's "Tamkeen" initiative to promote awareness of the rights of persons with disabilities, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, the University’s Education and Student Affairs Sector organized, in cooperation with the Disability Student Support Center and the For Egypt Family Association, and with support from Al-Hassan Foundation, a variety of interactive activities and events dedicated to students with physical disabilities.

Al-Hassan Foundation has started supporting people of determination who use wheelchairs from all governorates of Egypt, aiming to assist individuals with physical disabilities in overcoming daily challenges and reaching their fullest potential. The foundation seeks to enable each person with a physical disability to choose their life path and enjoy a decent standard of living.

Members of Al-Hassan Foundation shared their inspiring experiences and success stories with students, illustrating how the programs provided have positively impacted their lives and the lives of the foundation's beneficiaries. These experiences have helped them build self-confidence and achieve both personal and professional goals, contributing to the support and empowerment of individuals with physical disabilities and fostering a more inclusive and accepting society.

Al-Hassan Foundation members also praised the accessibility measures Ain Shams University provides for students with disabilities in general, particularly those with physical disabilities and wheelchair users, and commended the role the university plays in supporting all students with special needs.

They also engaged in several interactive activities between students with physical disabilities and their peers.
