The Graduation of the first class from Ain Shams University Leadership Academy (ASULA)

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and in continuation of the university's enlightened vision and its constant keenness to increase awareness and raise the national sense among students and raise their cultural and scientific level, and to support all students and students of the Students for Egypt family in particular, the Grand Conference Hall at Ain Shams University witnessed the graduation of the first class of the ASULA Leadership Academy and honoring more than two hundred students who underwent the training. The ceremony also witnessed the inauguration of the organizational structure of the colleges for the academic year 2024-2025.

In his speech, the leader of the Students for Egypt family expressed his happiness with the academy, which was a unique experience that added skills and experiences to everyone. The academy witnessed camps and training programs in which valuable lessons were provided in leadership, developing decision-making skills, time management, problem solving, and other basic skills that are considered pillars of success in any field.

His Excellency added that since its launch, the Leadership Academy has been an unprecedented pioneering model at Ain Shams University, and even at the level of Egyptian universities, as it has succeeded in forming a distinguished batch of promising leaders, and made these students a success story to be told. His Excellency also thanked the education sector and students for the unlimited support it provides to students.

         
   
         

The Ain Shams University Acapella team presented a unique artistic performance, and the On Choir, led by Maestro Mahmoud Saber, presented a number of songs and medleys that received great interaction from the audience.

It is worth noting that the student leadership preparation programs focused on developing many different personal skills such as (leadership - effective communication - presentation and presentation - time management - teamwork - strategic planning - creative thinking - problem solving methods - setting goals), and continuous field training in addition to practicing many sports activities and yoga and meditation exercises, which contribute to enhancing physical and psychological health, and releasing students' energies in a positive way, leading to building an aware and educated generation, capable of facing the challenges of the future.
