He stressed the importance of a diet rich in iron, calcium, vitamins, and essential fatty acids throughout a woman’s life.

She explained that mental well-being extends beyond the absence of mental disorders to include a positive state of balance that enables individuals to live in peace and stability. She discussed key elements such as self-contentment, free expression of emotions, stress management, and the impact of psychological well-being on life quality. She emphasized personal efforts, community support, and the role of the surrounding environment in fostering balance.

Dr. Radwa Ahmed Shaheen, Assistant Lecturer in Nutrition and Food Science, highlighted essential foods for women's health, advocating for minimizing processed foods and excessive sugars, which contribute to premature aging. She recommended focusing on antioxidant-rich foods like berries and green tea and maintaining physical activity to boost circulation and skin health, enhancing both inner and outer beauty.

Dr. Asmaa Mahmoud, Lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, discussed the relationship between proper nutrition and overall health. She highlighted the effects of anemia on general well-being and provided strategies for prevention and treatment through suitable diets, addressing underlying causes, and using supplements or medical interventions.

The seminar concluded with an emphasis on collaborative efforts between individuals and their social surroundings to ensure psychological balance, fostering a life full of positivity and health.
