Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abideen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Amani Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Prof. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law; and Prof. Yassin El-Shazly, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, the Faculty of Law is proud to host a major international conference titled: "Drafting Contracts and Agreements and Their Impact on Arbitration", taking place on May 3–4, 2025.

This initiative stems from the faculty’s role as a national legal think tank and its commitment to shedding light on a critical topic that lies at the heart of the national economy. The conference aims to offer a comprehensive legal perspective to support informed decision-making by relevant authorities.

The conference will highlight the growing importance of precise and clear contract and agreement drafting, and how this significantly affects the efficiency and outcomes of arbitration processes in resolving disputes.
