Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and within the framework of the university’s vision to raise students’ awareness and build their personality and university identity to build a conscious generation capable of contributing to the development of society, the University Students Union organized the “First Training Forum of the University Students Union” at the Golden Jewel Hotel affiliated with the Armed Forces in Ismailia.

This came in the presence of Wissam Khaled, President of the University Students Union, Mohamed Mansour, Vice President of the University Students Union, and the entire University Students Union Council, during the mid-year vacation with the aim of increasing awareness and administrative and legal education for the council members in preparation for preparing the annual activity plan for the current year.

The training included a number of meetings and awareness lectures by a group of elite trainers, specialists and administrators, directors of the university's general departments. These meetings included:

• Discussing some articles of the Universities Organization Law and its executive regulations.

• Student Union Regulations.

• Solidarity Regulations and Student Support Methods.

• Legal and administrative mechanisms for implementing student activities, starting from administrative preparations to actual implementation.

A student conference was also held on the sidelines of the forum, attended by 100 students representing the faculty student unions, to discuss mechanisms for developing the activity and identifying the problems of the activity in the university's faculties.
