Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and within the framework of the continuous and ongoing efforts of the Students for Egypt family team at the university, the Students for Egypt family obtained the TEDx AinShams U license, reaping the fruits of persistent efforts, serious attempts, and active participation from the student families at the university under the administrative supervision of the Education and Students Sector and the coordination of Mr. Ahmed Atef, the family’s activities coordinator.

The family seeks to obtain this license to provide a space where students can express their new and innovative ideas, in addition to creating a space to share their inspiring success stories.

Prof. Ahmed Dehoum, the leader of the Students for Egypt family at the university, stated that TEDx is a program of independently organized local events, informally affiliated with the global TED platform™️, which aims to spread ideas, stories and achievements to share knowledge with the community.

TEDx AinShams U aims to foster an environment of creativity and critical thinking within the university and the community, and highlights local initiatives and ideas that can have a positive impact and enhance community growth and development.
