Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the General Administration for Youth Welfare Office- Sports Activity Administration participated in the five-a-side football tournament for male students and the Social Activity Administration in Chess for students participated in the permanent camp at Al-Azhar University under the administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Students Sector.

The university won the first place shield and won gold medals in the five-a-side football tournament with the participation of Al-Azhar - Helwan - Benha Universities and the Ministry of Higher Education.

This came in cooperation with the University Student Union and in coordination with Wissam Khaled, President of the University Student Union and Mohamed Mansour, Vice President of the Ain Shams University Student Union.
