The Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences wins the first place in the Google GDC Fintech AI Hackathon 2025
A team from the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University won the first place in the Google GDC Fintech AI Hackathon 2025, organized in collaboration with nsave. The students, Rana Ehab, Nadeen Haitham Ali, Mohamed Ashraf Mahran, Nour El-Mohammadi Madkour, and Fouad Amr Soliman, passed the fourth level of the Artificial Intelligence program in less than 12 hours after developing the Budgetly app, which aims to help users manage their financial lives by providing personalized financial advice. Eighty-seven teams participated in the competition, and the team qualified after the first round among the top 12 teams before achieving first place in the final round.
