The Ain Shams University Career Center is organizing the first edition of the Ready to Work initiative during April and May 2025 to support the skills of final-year Ain Shams University students and ensure their readiness to join the job market. The initiative is held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Professor Dr. Amani Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Prof. Neveen Assem, Head of the Innovation and Training Sector; and under the supervision of Dr. Ola Sami, Director of the Career Center.

The initiative aims to provide training sessions across all faculties of the university for final-year students to introduce them to CV writing skills, preparing for interviews, job search strategies, and other employability skills that contribute to securing employment. These sessions will be offered in partnership with human resources experts and managers from various companies. This initiative comes within the framework of the Career Center's strategy, which aims to increase the impact of activities and programs that contribute to ensuring students' readiness and keeping pace with the rapid developments required by the labor market.
