Launching of the student union elections marathon

The marathon of the elections of the student unions at Ain Shams University started, which continues until 15 November, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of the University and the supervision of the Higher Committee for Elections headed by Prof. Dr. Nazmi Abdel Hamid, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The first day witnessed students' turnout on the process of withdrawing and submitting application forms at all faculties of the university, and until the announcement of the preliminary statements on Sunday, 4 November.

 

Prof. Dr. Nazmi Abdul Hamid explained that the ultimate goal of the student elections is to provide the best of the youth and university students of energies in various activities and fields. He stressed that the University is keen to support and sponsor student activities to go hand in hand with the academic scientific study, which is in line with the general orientation of the state , based on the philosophy that the student's life experience of the university earns life experiences that enable him to face the practical life.

Mr. Mohammed Al-Deeb conducted an inspection tour, during which he visited the headquarters of the Higher Committee for Elections in the General Directorate of Youth Welfare, and then inspected a number of sub-committees in the Faculty of Arts, Computers and Information. He was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Murtada, Vice Dean of Faculty of Arts for Education and Students Affairs.
