أن نكون مركزًا رائدًا لأبحاث اكتشاف وتطوير الأدوية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
الرسالة
توفير المرافق والبنية التحتية اللازمة لإجراء أبحاث متقدمة وشاملة في مجال اكتشاف وتطوير الأدوية، بالإضافة إلى إعداد جيل جديد من الباحثين المدربين تدريبًا عاليًا في هذا المجال. كما نسعى لتقديم برامج تدريب وتعليم مستمر للطلاب والباحثين الشباب.
1. اكتشاف وتطوير إمكانات جديدة من الموارد الطبيعية المتوفرة المختلفة، بما في ذلك النباتات والكائنات البحرية والكائنات الدقيقة.
2. تخليق جزيئات دوائية حيوية جديدة باستخدام تقنيات تصميم الأدوية المعتمدة على الكمبيوتر.
إجراء دراسات بحثية متنوعة (مضادة للسرطان، مضادة للالتهابات) بالتعاون مع مراكز أخرى.
3. توفير فرص التعليم المستمر من خلال ورش عمل متنوعة في مجال اكتشاف الأدوية والتحليل للباحثين في الداخل والخارج.
4. تقديم خدمات مدفوعة للباحثين تشمل إجراء إجراءات تجريبية متنوعة متعلقة بمجال اكتشاف وتطوير الأدوية من خلال المرافق المتاحة في المركز.
5. تقديم الاستشارات العلمية للجهات المعنية، بما في ذلك وزارة الصحة والسكان، وشركات الأدوية، والمعاهد البحثية المختلفة العاملة في مجال اكتشاف وتطوير الأدوية.
6. تبادل الخبرات من خلال تنفيذ اتفاقيات تعاون مع الهيئات البحثية المماثلة داخل البلاد وخارجها.
7. إتاحة فرص تدريب للطلاب الجامعيين.

1. إجراء تجارب تحليلية متنوعة للباحثين مقابل تكلفة (خصم 25% لطلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية الصيدلة - جامعة عين شمس).
