November 30.. Interpretation Strategies Symposium.. a lifeline for the translator

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mohamed Attia, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, the Graduate Studies Sector at the Faculty of Al-Alsun organizes a symposium Scientific Research entitled “Interpretation Strategies: A Lifeline for the Translator”

The symposium will be held on Tuesday, 30th November, 2021 at half past seven in the evening, and the symposium will be held remotely via the Ms Teams.

The symposium will be lectured by Dr. Mohamed Maaloum, a former professor at the University of Tunis and an interpreter at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva. The symposium targets faculty members, assisting staff and graduate students.

The symposium topics include data and concepts related to interpretation strategies and examples of them.
