The Electronic Examinations Committee visits Ain Shams University

Within the framework of Ain Shams University's vision towards automating the examination process in the university's faculties, this morning, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of Ain Shams University, received the Electronic Examinations Committee, in order to find out the latest developments and the availability of all the necessary equipment to complete the electronic examinations at the highest levels of technical competence, in the presence of Prof. Mona Abdel-Aal Al-Zahri, Executive Director of the Training and Development Center, Prof. Yasser Mujahid, Director of the Engineering Consulting Center, Prof. Magdy Shaaban, Director of the University's Electronic Examination Center.

         
   
         

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Ghada Farouk welcomed the guests at Ain Shams University, stressing the importance of working according to the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with regard to expanding the culture of digital transformation, and the measures taken by Ain Shams University in the field of developing assessment and examination systems to improve the outcomes of the educational process and achieve Fairness and transparency in evaluating students.

Prof. Mona Abdel-Aal Al-Zahri, Executive Director of the Training and Development Center at the university, confirmed that electronic exams come as the first step to achieving the vision of Ain Shams University, the education sector, and students under the presidency of Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, to digitize the measurement and evaluation system and the examination process in preparation for activating question banks and electronic correction in all university faculties.

The committee conducted a tour of the electronic testing laboratories in the faculties of Mass Communication, Science, and Arts, the covered hall, and then I HUB building
