Shams Green Transformation Project aims to integrated solid Waste Management through four core stages
Phase 1: Sorting
Unit data and business instructions
1. Waste reception unit before sorting area 2 meters by 2 meters
2. Unit height from earth 90 cm
3. Trend variable sorting workflow
4. 220 volt operating voltage difference
5. Business guidelines
* Occupational prevention and safety tasks are worn
* Screening workflow for 4 people
* The progress of the hatchery allows the horns of four main residues (paper- plastic - organic residues - treasure)

Phase 2: Collecting waste after sorting
Unit data and business instructions
1. 4 containers
2. Capacity per container 400 liters
3. Each container is for a specific type of waste
4. Paper - Organic Waste - Plastic - Treasure
5. Operating steps:
* Materials are received
* Occupational prevention and safety tasks are worn
* Each material is placed in its designated container
* It is confirmed that the container capacity is suitable for the waste compartment and in case of increased waste volume is transferred to another warehouse prepared for it

Stage 3: Abs
Unit data and operating instructions
1. 100-litre piston unit capacity
2. Hydraulic piston capacity 5 hp
3. Voltage difference used 380 volts
4. Unit dimensions approximately: 1.5 meters wide, 1 meter depth and 2.5 meters height
5. How to run
* Occupational prevention and safety tasks are worn
* Waste is processed and plastic sheeting removed from containers for the safety of workers
* The appropriate volume of waste is made inside the piston
* Make sure connections and hoses are safe before operation
* It's powered by an electric key.
* The movement of the piston is controlled by the control implant
* Waste is pressed well.
* The piston is lifted to the first position.
* Residues are removed after the piston
* The suppressed waste is well collected and easily stored and transported

Phase 4: Recycling

1. Unit capacity 3 basins
2. Capacity per basin 200 liters
3. Each basin has a capacity of about 100 to 300 worm larvae.
4. Approximate unit dimensions: 1.5 meters wide, 1 meter length and 0.3 meters depth
5. How to run
* Occupational prevention and safety tasks are worn
* Waste is processed and plastic or paper waste removed
* The appropriate volume of waste is made inside each basin
* An appropriate amount of water is placed
* Docks are left for 10 to 15 days for the breeding agent of worms
* Tea composte product is extracted
* Organic fertilizer consisting of basins is produced every 15 days
