Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Safaa Shehata, Dean of the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Education organized a ceremony to honor the faculty staff, their assistants, and staff who won the Faculty of Education Excellence Competition. This celebration is part of the Faculty's ongoing efforts to promote academic excellence and encourage faculty staff to be creative and innovative in the educational process.

Prof. Safaa Shehata honored the best online course and the best online exam in recognition of the faculty staff’s commitment and tireless efforts to enhance the quality of the educational process at the Faculty. She thanked the faculty staff and teaching assistants for their contributions and active role in developing academic programs and providing the best possible outcomes for students.

The Dean of the Faculty also honored the members of the Crisis Management Unit for their continuous efforts and dedication to meeting the challenges of implementing successive regulations, preparing data, communicating and coordinating continuously between departments, units, administrations, and students, preparing study and exam schedules, and performing other coordination tasks.

Faculty staff who won the Best Academic Advising Award and members of the Academic Advising Unit were also honored in recognition of their outstanding efforts in following up with students and providing them with academic and psychological support, as well as the vital role academic advisors play in guiding students and overcoming the obstacles they face.

The Special Needs Support Coordinators were also honored in recognition of their exceptional efforts in providing psychological and social support to students with special needs. They also recognized the coordinators' pioneering role in creating an inclusive learning environment that addresses students' needs and helps them achieve success and full integration into university life.

Members of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit were also honored for their outstanding efforts in developing assessment and testing mechanisms, improving the quality of the educational process, and their role in developing effective assessment tools, analyzing student results, building question banks, and contributing to the implementation of electronic marking and developing assessment systems in line with modern academic standards.

As part of the Faculty of Education's commitment to encouraging scientific research and enhancing the outcomes of graduation projects, the college honored a number of faculty members supervising student graduation projects. Their academic efforts contributed to achieving a distinguished level of quality, leading to the publication of these projects in peer-reviewed international scientific journals.

The Accounts and Benefits Department was also honored in recognition of their outstanding efforts in supporting the administrative and financial system, achieving the highest levels of accuracy and discipline in the performance of their assigned duties, ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of financial dues, and collaborating fruitfully with various administrative and academic units.

During the ceremony, Prof. Safaa Shehata praised the positive impact these initiatives have had in spreading a culture of quality and excellence, enhancing the spirit of competitiveness, and developing university performance in line with the requirements of digital transformation and achieving the faculty 's vision and mission.

She also emphasized her continued commitment to supporting faculty staff and staff and enabling them to continue their academic and professional careers in an environment that encourages and motivates creativity and excellence.

At the end of her speech, Prof. Safaa Shehata, Dean of the Faculty, pledged to repeat such initiatives to celebrate outstanding efforts across various areas of university work.
