Determine the procedures to be followed when preparing minutes for the relevant committees and councils, or following up the faculties and institutes in implementing the decisions of the committees and councils, or creating and amending internal regulations for higher studies or preparing statistical data and carrying out all work on public topics in terms of the university’s relationship with faculties and institutes or the university’s relationship with external bodies such as other embassies, consulates and universities.

These procedures are applied to all the work of the administration and to all the inquiries received by the administration and the follow-ups related to the implementation of committees and councils’ decisions and the amendment of graduate studies regulations.
