The Prime Minister attends signing of MoU on UK’s Exeter University campus, the first of its kind in the African continent

The Prime Minister, Moustafa Madbouli, witnessed the signing of a memo of understanding to set up a high-standard campus for University of Exeter, the first of its kind in the African continent by Russell Group for Universities, in presence of Higher Education Minister.
