This program empowers 1,500 students, seniors, and graduates from Ain Shams University to become effective personnel in the job market by enhancing their personal and professional skills and providing them with career guidance to determine their career paths and compete in the job market.
The program also includes Open Recruitment Day events for Ain Shams University graduates participating in the program, aiming to conduct one-to-one interviews with participating companies to select suitable candidates for vacant positions.
During the program participants go through Experiential Learning Activities in collaboration with various companies, such as Mock Interviews, Technical Sessions, and Info Sessions.
