Under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister and Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El Metini, President of Ain Shams University, from 14-16 October at 10:00 am at the Hilton Heliopolis Airport, https://g.page/HeliopolisTowers?share

This was stated by Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, adding that the conference aims to meet the challenges of urbanization that can not be stopped and seriously affect the ecosystems in the world. In order to become sustainable and efficiently renewable, buildings and cities need to adopt smart, compact and intelligent solutions. The conference will also discuss the innovations of the built environment, and how these practices can transform future buildings and urban areas into places of higher value and quality.

The conference includes several themes including providing smart solutions with a focus on innovations in the built environment, such as: adaptive architecture and urbanism - digital architecture and its building information model (BIM) - construction materials and systems - cities, mobility and governance, utilization of renewable energy and energy efficiency.

The challenges of energy utilization, continued population growth and urbanization can be addressed through the deployment of smart renewable energy and increased energy efficiency in buildings, neighborhoods, regions and cities, raising energy efficiency - Performance aspects of buildings and cities - Solar City Development - Wind Energy - Carbon Neutral Design - Policy Legislation and legal framework, as well as the new design of cities

Regenerative practices that regenerate and regenerate energy sources and materials are regulatory principles that ensure the operation of cities and buildings as circular systems, such as: adaptive design, bio-architecture, regenerative development, urban agriculture, waste management, urban metabolism and the study of the interrelationship between people, and nature. Technology is essential in pursuing smart environments that improve human well-being, motivation and vitality, as well as foster cohesive and inclusive societies: urban sociology - community engagement - place placement and cultural continuity - environmental psychology - to Besides exploiting the role of intelligent architecture and urbanism: humanity and the rise of intelligent technology - digital and virtualization - smart environments and intelligent intelligence.

This is done through the development of educational systems in architecture and urbanization to be constantly updated to keep abreast of continuous technological developments. The teaching assets in architecture and construction need to bridge the gap between academia and practice, using innovative teaching methods and techniques.

The conference also offers practical models and realistic experiences that reflect smart strategies, technologies and innovations, by young and emerging professionals.

The conference will host a number of professors and specialists in these fields, including Dr. Stefano Boeri, professor in Milan and several international universities, is the director of the Laboratory of the City of the Future at the Tongji University in Shanghai, https://www.stefanoboeriarchitetti.net/ Prof. Hassan Abdullah, President of East London University, Dean Faculty of Arts, Technology and Innovation. Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Computing and Engineering, Dr. Hisham Al-Qadi, Dean of Architecture and Built Environment at the University of Salford, UK, and Professor Emeritus at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, Dr. Hana Dahi, winner of various international awards, and leads many industrial projects, and is a founding member of the Stuttgart Research Center for Architecture, and many of the figures and scientists in the field of architecture and planning around the world.
